REPUBLIC continues; On 26th January 1950 India become Republic, till such day from 15 th August 1947, the sovereign power of India is retained by England queen and till 26th January 1950 India governed by Govt of India Act 1935, which was the last Act passed by British parliament towards the governance of India after that only one Act passed by British parliament is known as Indian Independence Act,1947, to liberate India from British regime. there is one novel Idea by the British to make all colonised countries by them to bring under the system of ‘ commenwealth countries’ by accepting the England queen as symbolic sovereign head like Australia, New Zealand etc., but India was also planned in the same manner but Nehru and Ghandi refused to do so, and atleast India made as only member of commenwealth countries’without accepting the England queen as symbolic sovereign head of state, to make India as absolute sovereign state towards rest of the world countries.
