PRAYER:_ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to ensure that no misuse of welfare schemes, public funds or State machinery takes place during the election period so as to uphold free and fair elections under Article 324 of the Constitution of India based on the petitioner’s representation dated 05.03.2026, and further directing the 7th respondent to take necessary action as against the 6th respondent for having committed corruption in the works carried out based on the petitioner’s representation dated 04.03.2026.
