Prayer: This writ petition criminal is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 22.05.2026 and to grant permission for a demonstration and loudspeaker in front of the Coimbatore District Collector’s Office on 31.05.2026 (Sunday) from 11.00 a.m to 1.00 p.m, under the petitioner’s leadership, the Tamil Nadu Government School immediately allow the “PM Shri Schools (Navodaya Schools) Education Scheme” or to press for the demand that Rs.10,00,000/- should be deposited in the bank account of each of the school students studying in Tamil Nadu as compensation.

ORDER
This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 22.05.2026 and grant permission for conducting a demonstration with loudspeaker facilities in front of the Coimbatore District Collectorate on 31.05.2026 (Sunday) from 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m., under the leadership of the petitioner, to press the demand that the Tamil Nadu Government should immediately allow the “PM Shri Schools (Navodaya Schools) Education Scheme” or deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- in the bank account of each of the students studying in Government Schools in Tamil Nadu as compensation.
2. This Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of at the time of admission itself with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents would consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and that they have no objection to granting permission, subject to the petitioner furnishing an undertaking for maintaining law and order.
4. Without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.05.2026, after giving due notice to the petitioner, affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the claimants/interested parties, if any, and take into consideration all the relevant documents submitted by the parties and pass appropriate orders on merits forthwith, before 29.05.2026.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs.
