ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents and other caste Hindus to permit the petitioner and his community people to enter into the temple situated at Puthagaram Village and permit them to do worship and other ritual activities as per the agamam and permit them to participate in the Muthu Kolakkiamman Temple Car festival allowing the temple car to come till dalit colony during its trial run and also during main run.
2. In this regard, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondents and the same has not been considered. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that all the persons are allowed to
worship the deity and the car festival would be made in the usual route.

4. Heard bothsides and perused the materials available on record.
5. In order to sort out the issue, this Court issued a direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner and other devotees to worship the deity and the respondents 1,3 and 4 shall conduct filed inspection and file a report and plan for the temple car procession route (indicating therodum veethi) on or before 15.09.2025. In the meanwhile, the respondents are directed to allow all the devotees to worship the deity
6. Post the case on 15.09.2025 for fling report.
