[08/10, 12:18] Sekarreporter: Seeman in his affidavit tendered an unconditional apology, withdrew allegations made against the actress, and undertook not to attempt to contact her.

The actress in her affidavit withdrew her complaint/FIR against Seeman.
[08/10, 12:18] Sekarreporter: Court: the object and purpose of filing these affidavits by the parties is in order to give a quietus to all controversies and litigations between the parties. The affidavits have been filed in a spirit of bringing to an end all litigation and court proceeding between the parties
