Madras High Court | Order dated 06.08.2026 The petitioner, Mr. Mahesh Kannan, is establishing a Karyalaya at Coimbatore for the Hindu Munnani/RSS office. Since the order passed in the Criminal Revision Case has now been set aside by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, and the Criminal Revision Case itself has subsequently been withdrawn, the original order of the Trial Court alone remains in force.
