We have heard learned senior counsel for the
petitioners.
Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 16.03.2026.
Mr. Sabarish Subramanian, learned Advocate on Record appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 6 on caveat accepts notice.

We have heard learned senior counsel for the petitioners and learned senior counsel for the respondents – Caveators on the interim relief sought for by the petitioners herein.
Both parties are directed to maintain status quo with regard to the School in question since it is in the middle of the academic year till the next date of hearing.
As far as the orphanage is concerned, learned senior counsel for the Caveators submitted that there may be no objection on behalf of the Caveators for the continuation of the orphanage.
Therefore, there shall not be any impediment for the functioning of the orphanage.
