[12/18, 13:05] Sekarreporter1: [12/18, 13:04] Sekarreporter1: Martin Properties and other related 15 companies, whose properties in Coimbatore, were attached by the Directorate of Enforcement, Kerala, due to involvement in lottery scam in the state of Kerala, had filed Writ Petitions before Hon’ble High of Madras Challenging attachment of properties by ED, Kerala. After hearing, Division Bench of RPSJ & RPAJ, pronounced orders on 17.12.2020 and DISMISSED the Writ Petitions holding that major cause of action arose only at state of Kerala and that alternate remedy, available before the Tribunal, has to be exhausted.
