[8/28, 13:05] Sekarreporter 1: Today 28.8.2020 S.V.Sekhar anticipatory bail application came up for hearing. State PP Mr.A.Natarajan appeared for the state. As per the instruction of CCB police chennai, State PP informed the court that if S V Shekar files an undertaking affidavit before the court asking for an apology of his act and also this kind of activities of dishououring our national flag should not be repeated in future. State PP informed that if this undertaking affidavit is given than anticipatory bail can be granted to him. Lordship Justice A.D.Jagadish Chandira recorded the contention of State PP and also directed the councel for S V Shekar to file an undertaking affidavit to that effect and adjourned the case to 1.9.2020.
