[10/27, 12:13] Siddharth Dj Ro Bar Council: SECOND NATIONAL JUDICIAL PAY COMMISSION CLARIFICATION

Respected Reporter Sir

Each & every State Government & Union Territories & Union of India very well know that the Order dt. 27-07-2022 of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Writ Petition (Civil) No.643 of 2015 in the matter of All India Judges Association vs. Union of India & others.

Hon’ble Supreme Court directed all the above said Governments to comply with the order within 3 months i.e. before 27-10-2022.

As per Hon’ble Supreme Court Order 90 percent of the State Governments & Union Territories published the G.O. for subordinate judiciary to effect from 01-01-2016 equal to 7 th pay commission. Why Govt. Of Tamil Nadu not issued G.O. to comply with the above said order.

Whether the Govt. Of Tamil Nadu filed any petition for extension of time before the Hon’ble Supreme Court ?
Why I am asking this clarification because subordinate judiciary including serving Judges, retired Judges & family pensioners unable to enjoy the benefits as legal rights.
