[2/27, 18:15] Chanduru Adv: The First Bench has directed the Government to frame guidelines for empanelment of Eminent Senior Advocates to conduct trial under the SC& ST Prevention of Atrocities Act cases for the victims as per Rule 4(5) of the SC ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Rules 1995 .. The District Magistrates shall follow the same and Principal District Judges shall be involved.
