LIST- Physical Certificate Verification and Interview
The list of register number of 103 candidates provisionally admitted to Physical Certificate Verification and Interview for
appointment by direct recruitment to the post of Assistant Public 
Prosecutor, Grade-II in Prosecution Department based on the results of the Main Written Examination conducted by the Commission from 26.07.2025 to 30.07.2025 FN and other conditions stipulated in the Notification for the said recruitment is mentioned below. The Physical Certificate Verification and Interview will be held on 11.12.2025 and 12.12.2025 at the office of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, TNPSC Road, Chennai – 600 003.
The candidates should attend the said Physical Certificate Verification and Interview with all original certificates in support of the claims made in their online application. Individual intimation regarding the date and time of Physical Certificate Verification and Interview will not be sent to the candidates by post. The candidates will be informed of the above fact only through SMS and e-mail through their registered mobile number and e-mail ID. Candidates are directed to watch the Commission’s website, ‘X’ account, Telegram channel and WhatsApp channel periodically for all updates and intimations. The Commission shall not be responsible if the communication does not reach the applicant due to incorrect / invalid e-Mail ID / mobile number and failure / delay in delivery of SMS / e-mail to the candidates due to any reason including technical issues. Any representation from the candidates for non-receipt of SMS or e-mail will receive no attention.

Note:
1. Mere inclusion of the register number of the candidate in the above list will not imply that his / her candidature has been fully considered for next stage of selection for the said recruitment.
2. The admission of candidates to Physical Certificate Verification and Interview is provisional subject to verification and acceptance of the claims in their online application towards Age, Educational Qualification, Experience, Gender, Community, Differently Abled category, Adequate knowledge in Tamil as per said notification, PSTM, Enrolment certificate issued by the Bar Council, Practice Certificate for a temporary Assistant Public Prosecutor, Grade-II etc., through original documents. Any discrepancy between the details as given in the online application and the documents submitted shall result in the summary rejection of candidature after due process.
3. The candidates who have appeared for the Main Written Examination and whose register numbers are not found in the above list have not been admitted to the said Physical Certificate Verification and Interview for the said recruitment.
4. The admission of the candidates to the said Physical Certificate Verification and Interview is purely provisional subject to the decision of the Commission and subject to the final orders to be passed in W.P.Nos.27587,27593,27833 of 2025,
W.P.(MD).Nos.20283 ,20358 of 2025, W.A.(MD) No.181 of 2023 and CMP(MD) No.2247 of 2023 and other cases, if any, pending relating to the said post on the files of the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras/Madurai Bench of Madras High Court.
5. Candidates who have been admitted provisionally to the said Physical Certificate Verification and Interview are hereby advised to attend the same with all the relevant documents in original, without fail. Failure to produce even any one of the essential documents will result in their non-admission to the said Physical Certificate Verification and Interview for the said recruitment.
