[5/12, 11:28] Sekarreporter 1: The Madras HC has dismissed the Quash petitions in the Income Tax case and also in the petitions challenging the transfer of the case to the spl court for elected representatives . The petitioners Karti Chidambaram and Srinidhi Karti Chidambaram were represented by Sr Counsels Mr KTS Tulsi and Mr Amit Desai and Mr. Arun Natarajan and S. Public Prosecutors Mrs M.Sheela and Mr.N Baskaran represented the Income Tax dept in both the cases . Adv Mr Vijay Kumar appeared for the HC Registry in the transfer challenge petition.
