[16/03, 11:24] Central Govt Advt Ramasivasanker: Murasoli Writ Appeal against the order of SMS J directing the National Commission for SC/ST to conduct an enquiry as whether the land occupied by Murasoli Trust is a Panchami land or not. Murasoli Trust filed an appeal and the enquiry by the National Commission for SC ST has been stayed by the First Bench in 2024. On being mentioned before the Honourable First Bench of Madras High Court, the Writ Appeal has been directed to be listed for final hearing in two weeks. Mr S.
