South Indian Artistes Association (popularly known as Nadigar Sangam) has informed the Madras High Court that a Government Order (G.O.) was issued as early as October 14, 2025, permitting actors M. Nasser, Karunaas, ‘Poochi’ S. Murugan, Vishal Krishna and S. Karthi to continue as its office-bearers till March 19, 2028.

இந்த தீர்மானத்தை செல்லாது என்று அறிவிக்கக் கோரியும், உயர் நீதிமன்ற ஓய்வுபெற்ற நீதிபதியை ஆணையராக நியமித்து தேர்தல் நடத்த உத்தரவிட வேண்டுமென்றும், அதுவரை தற்போதைய நிர்வாக குழு மற்றும் செயற் குழு ஆகியவை முடிவுகள் எடுக்க தடை விதிக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் சங்கத்தின் உறுப்பினர் நம்பிராஜன் சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தாக்கல் செய்திருந்தார்.
