A PIL petition in #MadrasHighCourt seeks a CBI probe against Murasoli Trust for alleged occupation of 12 grounds of Panchami land (meant for Scheduled Castes) in Chennai and also regarding its other activities. Senior Counsel P. Wilson termed it to be a politically interested litigation and accused the litigant of not having disclosed to the court that he is a BJP district secretary. However, the Chief Justice’s Bench asked him to file the response of the trust in writing. @THChennai
