He further assured the Honourable Court that matter may be adjourned finally to 3 weeks to file status report to show the progress, in this aspect. Recording the same, a direction has been given to the Respondents to complete & proceed with the process to remove all the encroachments within 3 weeks in accordance with law and file a status report & finally adjourned the matter to 3 weeks.
