Moorthy IPS (Petitioner) has completed his ML Degree (Private Study) in International Law & Constitutional Law of the Department of Legal Studies, University of Madras, (Respondents) in the year 2019. He has secured 59.91% by his sheer hard work and his perseverance at the age of 54, in spite of his limited time, while discharging his duties as an IPS Officer.

Judge dandabani தவறான மனுவை தாக்கல் செய்ததற்காக இரண்டாம் நிலை காவலரான மனுதாரர் அருணாச்சலத்திற்கு 2000 ரூபாய் அபராதம் விதித்து, டிஜிபி சைலேந்திர பாபுவுக்கு எதிரான நீதிமன்ற அவமதிப்பு வழக்கை தள்ளுபடி செய்து உத்தரவிட்டார். அந்த அபராதத் தொகையை தமிழ்நாடு காவல்துறை மோப்ப நாய் பிரிவிற்கு வழங்கவும் மனுதாரருக்கு உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார்.
