W.M.P.No.27221 of 2022         Learned Public Prosecutor Mr.Hasan Mohamed Jinnah, would submit that after this order 18.07.2022, there are           in                            W.P.No.18455 of 2022 SATHISH KUMAR, J. This application is filed to modify certain directions issued by this Court while dealing with the W.P.No.18455 of 2022. In Para 5, this Court considering the sensitiveness involved in that particular case directed that whenever any such unnatural death is reported in educational institutions, in respect of any student, investigation has to be conducted by the CBCID. Similarly the direction to the Education Department to conduct enquiry also to operate in all the cases with regard to the deaths occurring in educational institutions.
