[15/10, 15:19] Sekarreporter: P.CHANDRASEKARAN ADVOCATE appeared and argued for the 5 Assistant Nursing Superintendent of JIPMER, Pondicherry before the Division Bench of Madras High Court alleged that Juniors to the petitioners were placed above the petitioners and promoted them as Deputy Superindent of Nursing and prayed for placing the petitioners above their juniors and promote them as Deputy Superintendent of Nursing. After hearing the arguments P.CHANDRASEKARAN,ADVOCATE Hon’ble Division Bench comprising Mr. Justice M.S. Ramesh and Mr. Justice V. Lakshminarayanan of Hon’ble High Court of Madras was pleased to direct the JIPMER Puducherry to pass orders granting notional promotions to the applicants as as Deputy Nursing Superintendents, with effect from the date on which their respective immediate juniors were promoted, together with all service and other attendant benefits within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
