NSKJ- Court Hall 51- Lunch Motion Case- W.P.No.1146/2025 filed by Mr. K. Balu seeking action- No steps taken by Police except registering FIR although entire incident captured on CCTV and occurrence has happened right in front of Madras High Court and miscreants have even trespassed into the Bar Council premises and beat advocate black and blue. Police to immediately take steps against offenders and file Status Report in a week. Also CCTV Footage from in and around the incident to be secured and produced. Hon’ble Judge also observed in strict language that the leader of the political outfit who had witnessed the occurrence ought to have advised the miscreants not to indulge in such unlawful acts instead of instigating violence.
