NOTIFICATION No.111/2020 In continuation to the changes made by The Hon’ble The Chief Justice in the Sitting Arrangement from 24.03.2020 to 09.04.2020 vide Notification No.110/2020 and the restrictions imposed on functioning of High Court confining only to extremely urgent matters through Video Conferencing or otherwise vide Circular dated 24.03.2020 in ROC.No.1363/2020/RG, the following changes are made in the Sitting Arrangement with effect from 15.04.2020 to 17.04.2020:

NOTIFICATION No.111/2020
In continuation to the changes made by The Hon’ble The Chief Justice in the Sitting
Arrangement from 24.03.2020 to 09.04.2020 vide Notification No.110/2020 and the restrictions
imposed on functioning of High Court confining only to extremely urgent matters through Video
Conferencing or otherwise vide Circular dated 24.03.2020 in ROC.No.1363/2020/RG, the
following changes are made in the Sitting Arrangement with effect from 15.04.2020 to
17.04.2020:
I. Hon’ble Division Bench consisting of Hon’ble Mr.Justice R.Subbiah and Hon’ble
Mr.Justice R.Pongiappan is provided with all Division Bench Writ and Appellate Side
cases;
II. Hon’ble Division Bench consisting of Hon’ble Mr.Justice M.Sathyanarayanan and Hon’ble
Mr.Justice Abdul Quddhose is provided with all Division Bench Criminal Side cases;
III. Hon’ble Mr.Justice R.Subramanian is provided with Criminal Original Petition – Bail and
all other Petitions concerning Bail;
IV. Hon’ble Mr.Justice M.Govindaraj is provided with Criminal Original Petitions u/s.482 of
Cr.PC, WP (Cr.PC) and all other Single Bench Criminal Side matters.
V. Hon’ble Mr.Justice M.Sundar is provided with all Single Bench Writ Petitions;
VI. Hon’ble Mr.Justice M.S.Ramesh is provided with Criminal Original Petition – Anticipatory
Bail and all other Petitions concerning Anticipatory Bail;
VII. Hon’ble Ms.Justice P.T.Asha is provided with all Single Bench Appellate Side and Original
Side matters;
