RAJESH தாக்கல் செய்த பொதுநலவழக்கு நீதியரசர்கள் திரு.சத்யநாராயணன் மற்றும் திரு. நிர்மல் குமார் அவர்கள் முன்பு இன்று விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது. விசாரணை முடிவில்,
இதுவரை என்ன நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுக்கபட்டது என்று கேள்வி எழப்பினார்கள். Status report 8/5 அன்று தாக்கல் செய்யுமாறு அரசுக்கு உத்தரவு இட்டு வழக்கை 8/5 க்கு ஒத்தி வைத்தனர்.
[4/23, 16:14] Rajesh Mha Librarian: Public interest litigation filed by me in WP No. 7439/20 to direct the government to procure the perishable farm produce directly from farmers at taluk level listed today before the Honble Division bench of Mr Justice Satyanarayana and Mr Justice Nirmal Kumar. After hearing the arguments the Hon’ble division bench directed the government to file status report on 08.05.2020.
