Lordship Mr.Justice V.Parthiban delat with nicely hekd that involvement in a fanily diapute between mother in law and daughter in law which led to filing of criminal case against petitioner who is sister in law, shall not be considered to brand the petitioner as a criminal and there is no justification to take away her livelihood by denying the public employment
