MadrasHighCourt say neither DICCI nor Gen Logistics are before them despite getting an order from SC to implead in a plea filed by Savukku Shankar seeking a CBI probe regarding sanipreneur scheme

Judges order notice to DICCI and Gen Logistics and adjourn the hearing of the PIL petition to May 23, 2025 for production of records by CMWSSB.
Judges also order that an officer of CMWSSB who can answer any question related to the sanipreneur scheme must be present in the court tomorrow. A good scheme for upliftment of the scheduled castes should not be misused, says Justice V Lakshminarayanan.
