Wondering how a notification calling for applications from eminent persons to the post of chairperson of the commission could be published only in the archaeology department website which remains unreachable most of the time, the judges have directed the government to publish the notification in leading dailies within a week and complete the process of constituting the commission within seven weeks @THChennai
