[5/20, 16:31] Sekarreporter 1: Today one thilakraj has moved PIL writ petition with regard to pathetic conditions of stranded migrant workers in tamilnadu before Hon’ble DB consisting of Lordship Justice M.Satyanarayanan and Dr Justice Anita sumanth. State Government Pleader V.Jayaprakash Narayanan appeared for State Government and submitted that out of 2,43,342 registered migrants to return to their state 1,00,799 were sent to their state at the cost of state of Tamilandu. Remaining persons also will be sent after recipient state gives their consent & fecility provided by Railway. Taking note of the submissions the hon’ble DB issued direction to the Disaster Management Authorities to publish the address and other particulars of shelter homes provided for migrants all over Tamilandu & departure schedule of train timings in the official website of disaster management authority. The main case posted on 26/5/ 2020 for filing status report by the revenue secretary.
