Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it was submitted by the state that the petitioner did not cooperate for the enquiry when the police visited the Aadhinam on the previous occasion and requested that an order be passed, directing the petitioner to cooperate with the investigation, considering the same, the High Court has today clarified that the police can proceed with the investigation and the interim order already passed will not be an impediment for conducting the investigation and directed the police to intimate the petitioner, one day in advance before the enquiry and further directed the petitioner to cooperate with the investigation and adjourned matter by two weeks.
