[11/14, 10:39] Sekarreporter1: [11/14, 10:04] Adv Suryaprakasam APS: Justice Krishna S Dixit observed,

“Advocacy is a distinguished profession affording full scope for the talents of the brightest intellect. A lawyer should be free to put forward creative & generic ideas concerning the case, unhindered & fearlessly, in the free trade of ideas, some “intellectual collisions” do unavoidably occur, they are like sparks of light and therefore are welcome, that facilitates the march of law whereby freedom of citizens broadens from ‘precedent to precedent'”.

Answer to D 2……on many occasions..collegiam has to take into account aspects of national security at the time of selection and transfers…Recent example is JK where certain names were rejected on security consideration…i simply pointed out this in general terms when Raffic demands discloser of inputs in the name of transparency…..i never said security aspect involved in our cj transfer..It is total misleading on his part…It is regrettabe ..our cj is being dragged to this extent….sekar…where is failure of judicial accountability?? What is the administrative failure of collegium….in connection with transfer of our cj…It is mudslinging of collegiam with general allegations always without any specifics..it became style and fashion by some elements to always harp upon judicial accountability whenever they r not getting favourable verticts…it is very dangerous trend and totally adverse to sustaining judicial institutions on strong credible base .it is well settled even transfers on administrative grounds r not subject to judicial Review unless it is capricious .arbitrary… with respect my friend Raffic….let him point out what is arbitrary in the transfer of our cj by collegiam…..No doubt…bar and bench r placed on even plank..at same time ..certain responsible restraints and restrictions r attached to bar in maintaining judicial decipline…Thank u sekar….In the midst of adamant mindset…no use for any more msge in this regard…THANK U.

[11/14, 11:18] Sekarreporter1: [11/14, 10:59] Adv Suryaprakasam APS: I also fully agree with my friend mr. Subramani. I also want that no harsh words should not be used against advocates for discharging their clients case of course as per law. Supreme Court should view the video recording of that this particular bench to prevent advocates being abused . No more posting on this subject.thx Sekar
