It is hereby notified for the general information of the public that the order of Suspension passed against the following Advocate has been Revoked by the Bar Council
of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.

Suspension order vide Resolution dated
12.07.2025, Suspending him from practicing as an Advocate till the logical conclusion of the Disciplinary proceedings initiated against him. Subsequently, the said Advocate has preferred an appeal in Cont.A.Nos. 29 & 30/2025 and in which, the Hon’ble High Court of Madras has passed an order dated 19.09.2025, setting aside the Disciplinary proceedings initiated

against him. Thereafter, he filed a Review application in Rev.AppI.Nos.210 & 211 of 2025 and the same was allowed by the Hon’ble High Court of Madras on 28.11.2025 directing the Bar Council to revoke the order of suspension. Therefore, the order of suspension passed by the Bar Council is Revoked and he is entitled to practice as an Advocate in all Courts,
Tribunals and other authorities.
