ORDER
This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a direction to the
1st and 3rd Respondents to consider the complaints/representations of the Petitioner dated 18.02.2026 and to take appropriate action against the 5th respondent and members of the 6th Respondent in accordance with law.
2. On instruction, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the third respondent submitted that on receipt of the complaint, the third respondent enquired the complaint and forwarded the same to the second respondent for enquiry. Now the complaint is pending with the second respondent.
3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and submit a report to the third respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. On receipt of the said report, if any prima facie material is available to register case against the accused, the third respondent shall proceed in accordance with law on the report submitted by the second respondent.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
