[26/09, 09:47] Sekarreporter: திருவண்ணாமலை ஸ்ரீ அருணாச்சலேஸ்வரர் திருக்கோயில் இராஜகோபுரம் முன்பாக 150 கடைகள் கொண்ட வணிக வளாகம் கட்ட அறம் இல்லாத துறை 2023 இறுதியில் முற்பட்டபோது சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்ற அமர்வின் முன்பாக முறையிட்டு, ஸ்ரீ அண்ணாமலையார் திருவருளால், தடை உத்தரவு பெற்றேன்.

அதன் பிறகு கோயில் பணத்தில் வணிக வளாகம் கட்டக் கூடாது என்ற முதல் அமர்வில் வேறு வழக்கில் இறுதித் தீர்ப்பு ஜனவரி 2025ல் வந்தது. அ:.தை எதிர்த்து கொள்ளையடிக்கும் துறை உச்ச நீதி மன்றத்தில் மேல் முறையீடு செய்ய – உச்ச நீதி மன்றம் மே மாதம் அந்த மேல்முறையீட்டைத் தள்ளுபடி செய்தது.

அதன் பிறகும் ஸ்ரீ அண்ணாமலையார் திருக்கோயிலில் மோசடியாக செயல்படும் மோசடித் துறை – நாங்கள் ராஜா கோபுரம் எதிரில் குயூ காம்ப்லெக்ஸ் கட்ட விரும்புகிறோம் – அனுமதி வேண்டும் என்று அ:.பிடவிட் போடாமலேயே கோரிக்கை வைத்தது. இதை நான் கடுமையாக எதிர்த்தேன். இராஜகோபுரம் முன்பு உள்ள இடத்தில் தான் சுவாமி புறப்பாடுகள் வந்து, கொலுவிருந்து – காட்சி கொடுத்து – பின்பு புறப்பாடு நிகழும். அந்தச் சமயங்களில் குறைந்தது 50,000 பக்தர்கள் கூடுவார்கள் – இங்கு திறந்த வெளியை குறைக்கின்ற எந்தக் கட்டுமானமும் செய்யக் கூடாது என்று வாதிட்டேன்.

இருப்பினும் அறம் கெட்டத் துறை – குயூ காம்ப்லெக்ஸ் குறித்த பொறியாளர்கள் தயாரித்த வரைபடங்கள் முதலியவற்றை நேற்று வழக்கு விசாரணைக்கு வந்த போது தாக்கல் செய்தார்கள். அப்பொழுது நான் ஏற்கனவே விதிகளை மீறி கோயில் உள்ளேயே பிரும்மாண்டமான கட்டுமானங்கள் பக்தர்கள் வரிசை, காத்திருக்கும் இடம் என்ற பெயரில் நடை பெற்று வருகின்றன. இவையெல்லாம் கோயில் தொன்மையை பாதிக்கும் செயல்கள்.
கட்டுமானப் புகைப்படங்கள் பலவற்றை மாண்புமிகு நீதிபதிகள் முன்பு சமர்ப்பித்தேன். இவ்வாறு இருக்க இவர்கள் மற்றோரு குயூ காம்ப்ளெக்ஸ் கட்டுத் துடிப்பதற்குக் காரணம் “இவர்கள் வணிக வளாகம் கான்ட்ராக்ட்டரிடம் “முன் பணம்” பெற்று விட்டார்கள். தற்போது அந்தக் கான்ட்ராக்ட்டர் அதைத் திரும்பக் கேட்கிறார். அவருக்கு வேறு கட்டுமான வேலைத் தருகிறோம் என்று சொல்லி இதைச் செய்ய முற்படுகிறார்கள்” என்று வாதிட்டேன்.

புகைப்படங்களைப் பார்த்து அதிர்ச்சி அடைந்த நீதி அரசர்கள், வழக்கு நடைபெற்று கொண்டு இருக்கும் போது அறநிலையத்துறை எப்படி இந்த விஷயங்களை மறைத்துத் தொன்மையான கோயில் உள்ளேயே இந்த பெரிய கட்டுமானங்களை செய்யலாம் என்று கேட்டார்கள். இதற்கு
சரியான விடை அளிக்க அரசுத் தரப்பால் இயலவில்லை. பக்தர்கள் வசதி, பக்தர்கள் வசதி என்றுத் திரும்பத் திரும்பச் சொன்னார்கள். கான்டராக்டர் மூலம் தங்கள் வசதி பெருகும் என்ற உண்மையைச் எப்படி சொல்வார்கள்.

இந்தக் கட்டுமானங்களுக்குத் தடை விதிக்க வேண்டும் என்று கோரிக்கை வைத்தேன். நீதியரசர்கள் துறை காண்பித்த ஆவணங்களைப் பார்த்து அதிருப்தி அடைந்தனர். முறையான அனுமதி பெறப்படவில்லை. கோயில் கட்டுமானங்கள் தொடங்கிய காரணம் என்ன என்று அறநிலையத்துறை அறிக்கை அளிக்க வேண்டும். இந்தக் கட்டுமானங்கள் குறித்த எல்லா ஆவணங்களையும் தாக்கல் செய்ய வேண்டும்- வழக்கு மீண்டும் 16.10.2025 அன்று விசாரணைக்கு எடுத்துக் கொள்ளப்படும். அதுவரை ஸ்ரீ அண்ணாமலையார் கோயில் உள்ளேயும் வெளியேயும் எந்தக் கட்டுமானங்களையும் செய்யக் கூடாது என்று இடைக்காலத் தடையும் விதித்தனர்.

Good news for devotees.
ALL Constructions inside and outside the ancient Sri Arunachaleswarar temple, Tiruvannamalai by the @tnhrcedept – – stayed by Hon’ble Division Bench of Madras High Court which is hearing temple cases.

The @tnhrcedept which is controlling this ancient Saivite Denominational Temple by FRAUD since 13.12.1951, today presented a sketch and proposal to construct Queue Complex and waiting areas for devotees – before the Hon’ble Bench –
to be constructed opposite the Rajagopuram of the temple – A place where the temple festivals are conducted – and where at least 50,000 devotees are present during festivals –

Only Anti-Hindus and/or stooges of missionaries can up with such horrible proposals –

After they presented the Engineer’s drawings and plans to the Hon’ble Bench – I produced photographs which show that they are already constructing a huge queue complex and waiting area inside the ancient temple – in violation of law and judgements of Court – The photos show that huge concrete pillars adjacent to the ancient heritage wall of the temple have been laid and the grotesque constructions are massive –

The Hon’ble Bench, visibly shocked, questioned the @tnhrcedept for the necessity of introducing modern constructions inside the temple –
After a detailed hearing the Hon’ble Bench stayed all further constructions inside or outside the temple till the next hearing which is slated to be on 16.10.2025.

The Hon’ble Judges also announced their intention to inspect the temple in person considering the extraordinary heritage value of the temple and the need to protect it.
