of the power vested in me by clause (l) of article 217 of the Constitution of India, I, Droupadi Murmu, President of India, do hereby appoint Shri Justice M. Sundar, Judge of the Madras High Court, to be the Chief Justice of the Manipur High Court with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.
