Wilson MP and Senior Advocate wrote letter to HE President of India seeking for ensuring Social diversity and adequate representation of all states in appointment of judges of Supreme Court. The said letter has received the attention of Hon’ble President of India who inturn has forwarded the same to Ministry of Law and justice for appropriate attention. By virtue of the issuing being raised by Member of Parliament for adequate representation of all States to Supremecourt, the deadlock in the elevations of judges as Chief Justices and Judges of Supremecourt will be sorted out very soon.
