As directed by Chairman, this is to inform you that the Tamilnadu State Judicial Academy is going to create a District Study Circle in each district by including the Office bearers of the Bar Association to encourage the members of the Bar to enhance their skills and keep abreast with the changing scenario and to establish a smooth and working relationship between the Bench and Bar at all levels. Further, the inauguration of the District Study Circle is scheduled to be held on 09.07.2021 at 05.00 P.M through virtual/hybrid mode and the Hon’ble Chief Justice/Patron-in-Chief, Tamil Nadu State Judicial Academy has consented to inaugurate the District Study Circle at the High Court

Therefore, you are requested to participate in the inauguration function through virtual mode and co-operate with the respective Judges of the District and make arrangement for participate all the members of the Bar and to utilize the District Study Circle.
