This is out come of lacking of constitutional law of the persons holding constitutional post. This is known as parliamentary ordinance and another one as president ordinance . though the Indian president possessed limited pocket veto but he too following the footprint of PM and PM become omnipotent of all and all others including judges are revolving one and the one only The PM. He is like SUN/STAR and all others are planets revolving around it…………..FOLLOWS.
