Heard Ms.G.P.Darsini Priya, for Mr.Rahul Balaji, for R1. Mr.A.Raja Mohamed, learned counsel for R2 submits that an Enquiry Committee had been constituted pursuant to the impugned order of the writ Court. However, since the writ appeal had been filed, that committee has not deliberated on the matter.
2.There is a direction for the enquiry to be completed within a period of one month from today after hearing the writ petitioner as well.
3.The report of the Committee will be produced before this Court on
26.09.2025.
