[26/12, 16:02] Sekarreporter: A suit has been filed against the release of Parasakthi movie on 10th January 2026 on the ground that the story is the story of the plaintiff, namely K. V. Rajendran alias Varun Ranendran and he sought for injunction in Application 1222 of 2025. In another application 6458/2025 he sought for the report of The South Indian Film Writers Association on the story. Mr. R. Singgaravelan, Senior Advocate appeared for Advocate Vijayan Subramanian for the Director, first defendant Sudha Kongara and Aravind Pandian, Senior Advocate appeared for Advocate Vijayan Subramanian for R4 Dawn Pictures Private Limited.
