The CA was first meeting held on 6th December 1946 and elected Rajendra Prasath as President of CA by interim head Sachidananda sinha.TheCA appointed various CA Committee on Framing of CONSTITUTION, one such committee was on Fundamental Rights headed by Vallabai Patel and J.P.Kirpalani. this committee was Framed the PART III of the constitution as FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS and submitted to the DRAFTING COMMITTEE .In this part Article 12 and 13 is most important than any other rights…………..TAIL END NEWS IN CURRENT SCENARIO: for the first time in our state election,I think no Party shall get majority. two great Will not get more than,100 seats, Hung Assembly, Coilation Govt may be formed……..
