In the present case, if we look into the contents of the impugned notice, it is apparent that it is not in the nature of show cause, but a premeditated decision and cannot be treated as show cause notice by any stretch of imagination. 16. Therefore, viewed from any angle, the impugned notice cannot be sustained in law and the same is set aside.
