M/s Radiance Media Pvt Ltd sought for an injunction from streaming the film Nenjam Marappathillai in Zee OTT platform. The case came up for hearing before Hon’ble Justice C. Saravanan today. Vijayan Subramanian appeared for the producer Escape Artists Motion Pictures. Vijayan Subramanian submitted that the OTT Rights of Nenjam Marappathillai was given to ZEE OTT platform. ZEE agreed to pay the remaining payment to be paid to the producer to Radiance. In this regard a memo was filed by ZEE and Radiance. Recording the memo, the Hon’ble court disposed the case. The Film will stream in ZEE OTT platform from 30.05.2021.
