Y.M.C.A.Building, 2nd Floor, Chennai – 600 001, do hereby
solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows:
1. I am the petitioner herein and as such I am well acquainted
with the facts of the case. I am filing this writ petition as a
public interest litigation. I do not have any personal interest
in the above case. I state that I am filing this writ petition
based on my information and my personal knowledge. I am a
