13-2-21 mahaveer shivaji MHC advocate:PART-I CONTINUES: (2) The introduction of Bill in either of parliament ( the introduction house is called as original house) after passed the Bill goes to another house..(3) the other house is second house, after passed by the second house,it will goes to president or if the second house made any suggestions then the bill goes to original house,if the original house accepts the suggestions then the bill goes to president without back to second house or the suggestions are not accepted by original house, then the joint session of parliament (4) the joint session shall be preside over by President, then the bill shall be passed by joint house.(5) The bill goes to president, now the bill shall be sent to concerned state or States for their opinion within stipulated time, if the concerned state or States are failed to give opinion within time, then the time will be extended only one time by President.In such time period the state or states whatever opinion gives that shall not be bind on the president or if the states are not given any opinion, then the president shall treat that the states are deemed to be accept the proposal.(6) Now the bill at the president office for his consideration. Now the president have Four options regarding the bill for his consideration………….
