  Justice Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy of #MadrasHighCourt reserves his judgement in a trademark infringement suit filed by the owners of ‘Sangeetha’ chain of restaurants against the owners of ‘Geetham’ chain of restaurants. The judge defers his verdict after hearing arguments advanced by Senior Counsel A.K. Sriram for Sangeetha Caterers & Consultants LLP & Senior Counsel P.S. Raman for Rasnam Foods Pvt Ltd. The judge also permits the parties to attempt for an out of court settlement before he could pronounce orders and convey it to him, if it fructifies. @THChennai
