It well settled proposition of law no Court should direct the investigation agency to do investigation in these line or that line. It’s a prerogative right of Investigation officer. If the accused has been arrested his Constitutional right will emerge to that extent that he will get mandatory Bail. Either 60 days or 90days as the case may be.
