No.16841 of 2014. The matter listed before Honble justice L.N.Rao and Justice Abdul Nasser after service of notice to respondents. Mr.Mukul Rohatgi Sr.Adv and M.yogeshkanna AOR for State of Tamilnadu appeared and argued that the interim order of High Court is erroneous as the prayer in the writ petition is altogether different one. The Honble Supreme court after hearing the argument granted stay to the impugned order of High Court.
