- Next story Item no 30, before Hon’ble Justice Asha Section 34 application was filed challenging an award. Based on the same award an execution proceeding was initiated before Kanchipuram Distrixt Court which was subsequently stayed by the High Court. Upon verification and contradictions with the Award copy, the Arbitrator was directed to be present before the Court. Also notice was issued by Justice Asha to the Bar council of Tamil Nadu directing them to verify enrolment details of the Arbitrator who passed out in 2013z The Arbitrator was present before the Court today and stated that this is a fraudulently obtained award and that he did not appear as a arbitrator at any point of time.
