             We the Women Lawyers wholeheartedly thank your Goodself for the tremendous  effort in making this dream come true. We are indeed happy to hear this announcement at this moment as we all are going through difficult times. The advocate profession is no cakewalk. Its a profession where there are no short cuts to success . An advocate has to work hard to climb the stairs of success and fame. If the young Lawyers are able to survive the initial struggle there is no profession as the Legal Profession. The biggest consideration for a young lawyer to sustain in practice and go Independent is money. 

                                                 The Stipend for young advocates had been a long standing struggle among advocates and in this regard we also are bound to thank our Hon’ble chief minister and Hon’ble Law minister for considering and sanctioning a stipend amount of Rs 3000/- per advocate for a period of  two years. This would indeed help a young advocate to sustain in practice and achieve his aims and goals and would enable him/her to shine as an advocate whose advocacy will help to serve the society at large. 

                      We once again thank your good self for your contribution for  the  sanctioning of the stipend amount of Rs 3000/- per advocate for two years which will definitely ensure  talented advocates to sustain in the Profession who would indeed help  to promote justice, serve the public and improve the legal profession .
