Article titled ” Re-Thinking of Access to Justice in the times of COVID 19″, is excellent, thought provoking expressing more concern on have nots & the Advocates practising at Trial Court who are at disadvantaged suituation to access the technologies in E-FILING Procedure. Moreover, there is absolutely no level playing field in the profession.
I infer that the Article also vouches the establishment of National Court of Appeals (which is close to my heart and soul) to get over geographical hindrance & cost in approaching the supreme Court.
