Justice MC Chagla & MC Setalwad were members of the Law Commission contemporaneously.
They unanimously recommended that judges should not accept post retirement jobs.

Whereas, Justice MC Chagla later became the HRD Minister, Foreign Ambassador..

MC Setalwad in his autobiography deprecated MC Chagla. Whereas, Justice MC Chagla in his autobiography – Rose in December – justified his gesture on the ground that he accepted the assignment on personal request from then Prime Minister.

Quite interesting to read…..I thoroughly enjoyed !!!!!!
